I’m Eido Atiass, founder of Cal Renovation.
Construction has been part of my life from an early age. Growing up alongside my father and learning the trade hands-on, I came to understand that great construction isn’t only about what you build — it’s about the trust you build along the way.
With years of experience in residential construction and remodeling, I founded Cal Renovation to bring a more personal, organized, and transparent approach to homeowners throughout San Diego.
I stay personally involved in our projects, from the first conversation and planning stages through construction and the final details. My goal is simple: clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and a finished home we can both be proud of.
For me, Cal Renovation isn’t just a construction company — it’s the continuation of a family legacy, built for the next generation.

We use a proprietary Design Roadmap System, powered by a custom-built algorithm, to guide your project through a structured, step-by-step pre-construction process.

What truly sets Cal Renovation apart is our in-house Quality Control Inspector who performs structured inspections throughout your project — well beyond city requirements.
